Show Off
Early Days
Its still early days and impossible to make any calls on today's results yet, but in the race for top spot in Div 1, Samurai and Cyn Academy both loose their first games. Samurai recover to win their second, but Cyn Academy drop another... not the best start to the day.

Relentless on the Break
Three Games In
Pretty much all teams have now played three games each and the pressure is starting to show. Cyn Academy drop their third game. Samurai, however, win their third and if they can keep it up, they will be looking good for the Div 1 win. Elsewhere, London Halloween are doing well in Group C (Div 4) and Sabotage, Samurai MV and Scorpions Blue are all looking good in Group B (Divs 2 & 3).

Cyn Academy Snake Player
Tough Out There
Cynergy Academy and Samurai met in Round 4 and what an explosive clash of the NSPL titans! The passion was definately running high as the game progressed with penalties being pulled and injuries received. James, Cyn Academy's snake player has been taken to hospital after injuring his ribs and arm - of course, we hope he is ok and will try to update you guys as soon as we can. In the end, Cynergy Academy came away with the win. Maybe they are not down just yet, but with players now absent due to the trip to hospital, its going to be an up-hill struggle to claw those points back.

Snatch Snake Player, Ryan
Break
Its lunchtime and its raining! Damn the English weather. But, the lunch break gives us time to catch our breaths and assess the mornings results. In Div 1, Portsmouth Halloween have had a blinding morning. Impact, Samurai MV and Scorpions Blue are all doing well in Group B. Whilst, in Group C, London Halloween continue to perform... close division though. See you in a while for some more scores and updates.

Dramas
Well, its the last round of the season so I guess we could expect some dramas and controversy. Its all certainly happenning here at D7s today. James is back from the hospital with fractured ribs and Andy from Pompey Halloween has gone to hospital with a dislocated shoulder! Hope they are both feeling better soon. We're approaching the end of play, so I let you guys keep your eyes on the scores to see how it is all unfolding... some interesting stuff in amongst all those numbers! :)

Relentless Lived Up to Their Name
The End!
The day is well and truely over and as the dust settles on the 2007 season of the NSPL, we can say its been the best season so far with teams in all divisions stepping up to the challenge. The level of play this season has been amazing and its easy to see that plenty of teams will be pushing that bit harder for the 2008 season. Congratulations to all the winners today and all those gaining the top spots in all four divisions. The rankings will be updated shortly and all the winners and loosers announced. Over and out!
